You must meet these conditions to receive funds: - An individual within the household can demonstrate a risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability. - An individual within the household has qualified for unemployment benefits or experienced a reduction in household income, incurred significant costs, or experienced financial hardship due to COVID-19. - The household has a gross income at or below 80% of the area’s median income.
