Free legal representation to nonprofit community organizations that meet all of the following requirements:
- the organization's primary purpose must be to assist people who are low-income, elderly, disabled or otherwise disadvantaged;
- organization's annual budget must not exceed $250,000;
- the organization must already be operating and performing services in the community (this can be as a voluntary group, club, or a project sponsored by another organization -- you do not have to already be incorporated);
- the organization must already have a board selected that is meeting regularly; and
- the organization must be providing services that are unique or different from other existing organizations.

Once you submit a complete intake form, including your budget, list of board members, and business/operations plan we will schedule you for an initial consultation with an attorney.

Cases are considered on a case-by-case basis, based upon volunteer attorney interest and availability. There is often a significant waiting list for these services, so contact us now to start the process.
