Family Court Clinic

Due to overwhelming community needs at this time, we are no longer able to accept new case intakes online or via telephone. If you would like assistance with a petition for custody, visitation, paternity, or child support, please attend the next Family Court Clinic that is scheduled. Petitions can include original petitions, modifications, and violation petitions.

Before you come to the Family Court Clinic, make sure that you bring:

• Name and address of the opposing party (usually the other parent)
• Name and addresses of the children in question
• COPIES OF ALL PREVIOUS COURT ORDERS RELATED TO CUSTODY AND CHILD SUPPORT

The Family Court Clinic will take place on:
Wednesdays
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. -  4:00 p.m.

*If you need an ASL interpreter or an interpreter for any other language, you can email or call the program ahead of time so that we can schedule in in-person interpreter. We also always have telephone-based language interpretation available at all of our programs anytime.
